For your convenience, there are three easy ways to exchange your tickets for another day and time! Please include your credit card number, check or cash for upgrades to higher priced performances or sections.
- Come by the North Carolina Theatre offices and you will be able to receive your new tickets for the day and time that works for you.
- Mail tickets to the North Carolina Theatre office at 1 East South Street Raleigh, NC 27601. Please include the day and time that you would like to attend the show.
- Write “VOID” on your tickets, tear them up and make a copy of them. Fax them to the North Carolina Theatre at 919-831-6951. Please include the day and time that you would like to attend the show.
